When schools are out NBGC is in. NBGC offers full day programming where students participate in crafts, team building, group games, STEM activities, access to our indoor and outdoor space and free play. Additionally, during our winter break we will be offering 2 fields trips.

Financial Assistance

If you are currently receiving financial assistance please make sure to follow the Financial Aid Guidelines link as summer and school year assistance are reviewed separately.

There is a $25.00 fee for each and all changes made to registrations in addition to any refund deadlines and polices. I understand that a 15% service charge will be deducted from all refunds and cancellations. This includes duplicate and accidental registrations. This also applies to duplicate and accidental registrations.

​Withdrawal Policy

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@nbgc.org by the following deadlines:
    Winter Break Camp December 23, 2024 – January 3, 2025 – Deadline is December 9, 2024
    Spring Break Camp Dates March 24 – 28, 2025 – Deadline is March 11, 2025
    Any registrations received after the deadline dates will not qualify for a refund.
    If the written request is received by the deadline, families can choose to receive their refund as a program credit for full value to be used within 1 year, or as a cash refund less a 15% service fee.
