When you work at the NBGC, you are joining a team of driven and diverse individuals who are passionate about children, families, and community. NBGC provides safe and supportive care for children in the out-of-school hours through our after school, athletic, and leadership programming.
The NBGC began when community members wanted to have a place to play football together that was safe and fun for everyone. Here, everyone plays! We ensure that all children are welcomed and included, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or ability to pay. As a staff member with the NBGC, you’ll be joining an over 90-year legacy of building better men and women through inclusion, teamwork, leadership, and care.
