Are you 13 or older and love to work with children, go on exciting adventures, and gain leadership skills? Then the NBGC Youth Leader Program is the perfect fit for you!
At the heart of NBGC is our Youth Leader Program. Our team of dedicated youth leaders, ages 13 – 18, work alongside staff to oversee the day-to-day activities and programs offered by NBGC. These young leaders play a key role in delivering athletic, social, and educational programs while serving as positive role models for the younger members they support. Each leader brings unique strengths, creating a dynamic and impactful team that embodies the spirit of NBGC.

Meetings will start February 7th 2025, and will conclude April 4th 2025
Meetings will take place every Friday from 4:30-6:00pm for 8 weeks
