The evening kicks off at 5 PM with doors opening, followed by a delightful dinner at 6 PM and an engaging program starting at 7 PM.

About the Leaders of the Future: The honored young individuals are part of the NBGC Leader Program, selected through a meticulous process that assesses their leadership and commitment to community service. Candidates must demonstrate active involvement in the program and contribute 40 hours of service to NBGC initiatives.
